Ingredients:
- Lard…3 tablespoons
- Sugar…1 cup for coffee
- Eggs…3 pieces
- Apricot jam…3 tablespoons (plum jam can also be used)
- Milk…1 and 1/2 cups for coffee
- Flour…3 cups for coffee
- Baking powder…1 sachet
- Powdered sugar mixed with 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (for sprinkling)
Instructions:
- In a deep bowl, pour the lard and beat it with a mixer until creamy.
- Add the sugar and continue beating.
- Then add the eggs to the mixture and beat everything together with the mixer.
- Add the jam, stir, and then add the necessary amount of milk and flour mixed with baking powder.
- Beat everything well with the mixer.
- Pour the prepared mixture into a baking dish lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour.
- When the cake turns golden brown, remove it from the hot oven and let it cool.
- When it has cooled down, sprinkle powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar over it, cut it into squares, and enjoy the aroma and taste of childhood.
