Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork ribs
- Salt, pepper, Vegeta seasoning, paprika, mustard (all to taste)
- 50 ml oil
- 50 ml milk
- 1 baking bag
Instructions:
- Cut the pork ribs into smaller pieces.
- Season with salt, spread mustard over them, and sprinkle with Vegeta seasoning, paprika, and pepper. Rub the spices into the meat with your hands.
- Drizzle with oil and milk and let it marinate in the fridge overnight.
- The next day, place the ribs in the baking bag, seal it, put it in a baking pan, poke a few holes in the bag, and bake in the oven at 200°C for approximately 60 minutes.
- When the ribs turn golden brown, turn off the oven and let the meat cool for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the meat from the bag, pour the juice over the ribs, and serve with previously prepared potatoes.
