Ingredients:
- Flour… 1 kg
- Nutella cream (quantity to taste)
- Butter (melted) …125 gr
- Milk (warm) …500 ml
- Water (warm) …125 ml
- Dry yeast …11 gr
- Sugar …1 teaspoon
- Eggs …2 pieces
- Vanilla sugar …1 packet
- Sugar …2 tablespoons
- Salt …1 teaspoon
-for sprinkling:
- Powdered sugar (quantity to taste)
Preparation:
Heat the milk and water and pour everything into a deeper dish. Add dry yeast, add a teaspoon of sugar, and gently mix. Cover with a clean cloth and leave the yeast for about 15 minutes to rise.
In the yeast that has already arrived, add eggs, melted butter, vanilla sugar, salt, and two tablespoons of sugar. Mix well. Pour the flour in gently and knead the dough smoothly and gently with your hands. Cover the dish and leave in a warm place for about 90 minutes.
So the dough has arrived, pour it out onto a floured surface, move it and roll it out into a rectangular shape, about 5 mm thick. Take a smaller mold or, if we don’t have one, a small cup and gently remove the donuts. Line up on baking paper and let them rest for about half an hour.
In the meantime, pour plenty of oil into a deeper saucepan and in the same deep and hot oil, put the donuts and bake. When one side turns brown, turn the other side, and remove the finished donuts in a container lined with paper towels to absorb the excess fat. When cooled, put the melted Nutella cream in a decorating bag for cakes and fill the donuts with it, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy with taste!
