Balls Preparation:
In a deeper bowl, combine the ground walnuts, ground cookies, and vanilla essence. Gradually add spoonfuls of apricot jam to get a mixture that is suitable for shaping balls, not too dry or too soft. Leave this prepared mixture in the refrigerator for about 120 minutes. After this time, use a spoon to extract the mixture and shape into balls.
Glaze Preparation:
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate on steam, add oil and mix everything well. Preparation: Now that the balls are already cooled, put them on a skewer or wooden stick and cover them with the previously melted chocolate. Decorate with chopped walnuts and return to the cold so that the Zerbo balls get firm before serving. Enjoy the Taste!
