Ingredients:
- Salmon fillets…8 pieces
- Coarse sea salt; Basil; Thyme (quantity to taste)
- Mustard…2 tablespoons
- Honey…1 tablespoon
- Olive oil (quantity to taste)
- Juice of one lemon
Preparation:
- Dry the salmon fillets and season with salt to taste. In a small bowl, mix mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice.
- Add dried basil and thyme to the mixture, ground black pepper and a little salt to taste.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and pour about three tablespoons of olive oil onto it.
- Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 200°C until the oil is hot, then remove it from the oven and place the well-coated salmon fillets on the hot oil.
- Return to the oven and bake for about 25 minutes, turning occasionally. When the salmon is done, serve it warm with a side dish of your choice. Enjoy!
