Ingredients:

  • 1 kg pork ribs
  • Salt, pepper, Vegeta seasoning, paprika, mustard (all to taste)
  • 50 ml oil
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 baking bag

Instructions:

  • Cut the pork ribs into smaller pieces.
  • Season with salt, spread mustard over them, and sprinkle with Vegeta seasoning, paprika, and pepper. Rub the spices into the meat with your hands.
  • Drizzle with oil and milk and let it marinate in the fridge overnight.
  • The next day, place the ribs in the baking bag, seal it, put it in a baking pan, poke a few holes in the bag, and bake in the oven at 200°C for approximately 60 minutes.

  • When the ribs turn golden brown, turn off the oven and let the meat cool for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove the meat from the bag, pour the juice over the ribs, and serve with previously prepared potatoes.
  • Enjoy with taste!
