Ingredients:
- Ground beef … 500 gr
- Black onion … 1 head
- Bread … 1 cup
- Milk for soaking bread (amount as needed … about 70 gr)
- Eggs (uncooked) … 2 pieces
- Eggs (cooked) … 4 pieces
- Spinach (handful cooked)
- Salt, pepper, Vegeta (amount to taste)
Preparation:
Before preparing the meat roll, boil the eggs. In a deeper bowl, pour in the ground beef, add the cleaned, finely chopped black onion, two eggs (uncooked), bread previously soaked in milk and mix everything well. Season with salt, pepper, and Vegeta to taste and mix everything again. Meanwhile, chop the previously boiled spinach finely.
Take two sheets of baking paper, the size of a medium tray.
Put the mixed meat on the bottom paper, put the other paper over the meat, gently tap the meat with your fingers, then roll it with a rolling pin and form a rectangle. Remove the top paper and spread the chopped spinach over the meat. Arrange the eggs along the edge of the roll and wrap it with the paper. Roll up the ends of the baking paper and place it in the tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes (+-). Occasionally check the roll, increase or decrease the temperature as needed and open the paper towards the end to give the roll a golden color. Serve warm with a side dish of your choice. Enjoy!
